How are Affiliate sales tracked?

All subscribers are tracked through cookies. The cookie is set when a potential subscriber is logged through "ULTIMATE CPA" System after leaving an Affiliate's site. The subscriber's IP address and current timestamp are logged and compared after sign up. If the cookie has not expired, then the original Affiliate site is credited for the sale.

Who pays the fees to the company?

The fees are taken from the Advertiser. It is up to the Advertiser we do not take any fees from the Affiliates. Advertisers are also responsible for all security deposits. Our contract is with the Advertiser, not the Affiliates.

Who is responsible for fraudulent charges from an Affiliate?

All refunds or charge backs associated with Affiliate sales will be deducted from both the Affiliate accounts, equal to the amount they received for the sale. The Affiliate becomes fully responsible if an Affiliate quits their account, is removed from our system, or has a negative balance. We also use a negative database to test for charge backs and returns

Do you issue checks to the Affiliates?

Yes, through our standard delivery methods.

Is there a minimum check amount?

The Affiliate will receive a check once their total equals or exceeds $100.00

Where do Affiliates obtain the code to put on their page?

Affiliates receive account login information once they have been approved. Then they can obtain the code for all the campaigns by logging into the Affiliate Administration System and clicking the appropriate section.
